This recording from a live Canadian radio show, is an excellent CD. the song selection is great, with many of Roger's best Pink Floyd songs and a pair from KAOS. The sound is excellent and the packaging is very good. A toilet tank headed, suit and tie wearing man, (what no light bulbs ed. ) standing in front of a tiled wall. The inside shows more tile, with the songs and times listed. The back shows more tile, with a listing of the albums that the songs came from and under each title the track numbers are listed.

The CD itself has nice graphics showing an ocean at sundown, with and off shore oil rig and a dog padding on the shore. Over all, the album is great with quality sound and a great buy for any Roger Waters fan.

This is the same concert as the above CD. It is also of excellent quality, and also from a taped radio broadcast.

Again another Waters concert bootleg purposefully filled primarily with hit Pink Floyd songs. These bootleg manufacturers either must not think Roger has any fans and are directing these boots solely to Pink Floyd fans, or think that no one much cares for Roger's solo material. Well, if any of you bootleg manufacturers happen to be reading this, please take note; Roger Waters solo concerts were staged primarily to showcase and feature Roger's solo music.

People actually came to see the Pro's and Cons of Hitchhiking and Radio KAOS performed. People actually like Roger's solo material (because it's great) and would love to own live versions of them on CD and LP. Wake up! Get a Clue! The packaging is typical of boots. A mirrored one color image of Rog in action with bass on the front insert, title in yellow. This folds out to a larger photo of Rog in red acoustic guitar in hand on the inside, and track and concert info on back. This info is copied on the back of the case also.

The song listing on this CD doesn't list "Breath..." at all, though it is the twelfth track, but instead calls it "Brain Damage", and lists "Brain Damage"/"Eclipse" as just "Eclipse". It sure would be nice if someday a boot maker were a Waters/Floyd fan so we could finally get these titles right.

Having ordered this tape at the beginning of June, I had expected it by maybe the end of June or beginning of July. With Radio KAOS being my favorite solo album, I waited with eager anticipation, but by the time July rolled around, no tape. Then Mid-August, and still no tape.

Finally, during the last week of August , the holy grail arrived in my mailbox, and I was stunned to say the least (by the fact that the tape had actually gotten here at all). When I first put the tape in my aging VCR, I could see it was well worth the wait. Professionally shot, these rehearsals are listed as having taken place in Worcester, Massachusetts (Not at the Centrum, but in a small, old time style musical review theater. Maybe someone out there knows where this is?) and in Providence, Rhode Island.

The tape is devided into four segments- (1) Early rehearsals -30 minutes (2) Rog interview - 20 minutes (3) Jim Ladd interview - 5 minutes and (4) Dress rehearsal concert - 30 minutes.

The first segment, the early tour rehearsals, is light years ahead of any other rehearsal tape I've seen. There are two or three cameras, one of them on stage right in the middle of the band, giving close ups of each band member as they run through early live takes of several KAOS songs and some Wall material. The band is clearly enjoying themselves here, jamming to most of the songs and really taking a loose approach to the music overall, with our own Rog even cracking a joke (at the expense of Paul Carrack). This first segment is really fun to watch, especially after hearing those supposed tales about Rog being such a pain to work with.

The Rog interview is really great, with him sitting in front of some of the speakers and guitars from the rehearsals. He talks about such subjects as breaking off from Pink Floyd, starting a new band, and the life of a touring rock star (which really had me rolling!). Again, the mood here is very relaxed, with frequent laughter from Rog and the interviewer.

The next segment, the short Jim Ladd interview, is where I discovered the source of the tape- the female interviewer states that she is freelancing for MTV! I wonder how come MTV never showed any of this stuff? Maybe because to them money does take precedence over artistic integrity? Anyway, the Jim Ladd interview contains the usual high praise for Roger and his work. It's nice to have someone defending Rog for a change. Way to go, Jim.

The final segment on this tape, the dress rehearsal concert, takes place in Providence, Rhode Island, where the KAOS tour opened one day later. Only 30 minutes of the concert is on this tape, but the picture quality is really incredible. The sound is also good, but cuts out at times. The bands' performances are very enthusiastic, as they would likely be the night before opening a major concert tour. The band still seemed fairly loose, especially on Sunset Strip. The best parts of this segment are the extreme close-ups of Rog singing and jamming (without sunglasses).

Overall, an excellent video tape, probably my favorite one in my collection. Definitely try to find a copy of this one, you won't be disappointed, I assure you!

Oh yes, one more thing -earlier I was saying how Radio KAOS was my favorite Roger Waters LP. Forget that, I just picked up Amused to Death. Need I say more?
