Roger Waters concert review, Lima, Peru

Roger Waters rocked the crowd at Lima's Monumental Stadium.
Let me start with the conclusion:
Let me just say Ð ÒI wish you were thereÓ
What an evening!!!!
At 9 pm "en punto" (on the dot) Roger Waters and his selected team of musicians, special effects crew and everyone else who was involved backstage, started what would turn out to be a 2 1/2 hour musical & multimedia journey to the dark side of the moon.
In my previous job as an International Promotion Manager I have traveled around the world with many great bands and thought I had seen it all. However, last night's show, proved otherwise while bringing back great moments and experiences. The show was exceptional and the Peruvian audience, who appeared overwhelmed, took part in one of the best shows ever produced in Peru.
Having sat directly in front of one of the many speakers, I regretted not bringing my earplugs, but at NO time did I complain as the sound was of an incredible quality that left my ears amazed by the sounds produced, as well as making my body move in various ways I thought were impossible.
The multimedia show was an experience in itself and from where I sat, it was fantastic. While moving around and checking out the sound and view from other seats in our section I found out that those seated further in the back also had an excellent view of the stage and had a great sound experience as well.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to get around the entire stadium, but talking to various people after the show, I was left with the definite impression that the majority of Roger Waters fans at the concert had a "night to remember" that will live in their memories for a LOOOOOOONG time.
Roger over and out - 5 stars and two thumbs way up!
