Roger Waters Cleveland Concert At Nautica Stage Moved To Gund Arena

In a move to both satisfy his many Northeast Ohio fans and to allow for production concerns, the Roger Waters concert has been moved to Gund Arena on Tuesday, July 27, 1999 at 8:00 PM.

"For the past 25 years, anytime Roger goes out on the road , he always does the unimaginable. As the creative force behind Pink Floyd, his concerts in Cleveland have always been a multi-sensory experience. The vision was to play at Nautica, but now with the type of production he wants to bring to town, we need to move the show to Gund Arena", says Jules Belkin, President of Belkin Productions. "Not only is Cleveland going to see and hear one of today's most influential musicians in a considerably smaller configuration than the typical Gund Arena setup, but the many fans of Northeast Ohio who were not able to get tickets for the Nautica show will now have a second chance to see Roger Waters.

Beginning Monday, June 21, fans who purchased tickets to the Nautica show will need to go to point of purchase and exchange their ticket for a new ticket to the Gund Arena show. Fans with reserved seats will receive comparable seat locations. Fans with general admission tickets will have a choice of a reserved seat at $27.50 or upgrading to a $50.00 ticket. ALL EXCHANGES NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY JUNE 25.

Reserved seat tickets for the public, $50.00 & $27.00, GO ON SALE SATURDAY, JUNE 26 at 10:00 AM at the Gund Arena Ticket Office. All Ticketmaster locations or charge by phone at (216) 241 - 5555 in Cleveland, (330) 945 - 9400 in Akron (330) 747 - 1212 or (614) 431 - 3600 in Columbus.

I have confirmed the resheduling of the Syracuse show. Roger Waters will be playing Thursday, August 10, at the Pepsi Arena, in Albany NY. Instead of July 28 in Syracuse NY. The show begins at 8PM. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, July 30th at 10 AM!!

Roger Waters Atlanta Concert at Chastain Park Amphitheatre has moved to the Lakewood Amphitheatre

I have confirmed that the Atlanta Show of 22 August has changed venues.
Apparently, the screen Waters is using will not fit into the Chastain Amphitheatre. The show will be moving to the Lakewood Amphitheatre.
The ticket office is working to locate all 7000 ticket holders, buying a new block to tickets, and arranging the ticket exchange. They're also concerned about making sure the tickets are exchanged for comparable seating at Lakewood.

The date will stay the same, only the venue will change. If you have tickets for the Atlanta show of August 22, contact the ticket outlet where your tickets were purchased.

The remaining seats at Lakewood will not go on sale to the public until the ticket exchange is completed. Once the exchange is finished though, more tickets will be released for the general public, as Lakewood is a larger venue.
