The show was great and I hope Roger left happy. I thought I had everything Roger had done, but last night he played some song about
American Indians I had never heard before. The people behind me knew the Lyrics but I did not get a chance to ask them what it was. Can you
please reply to this with where I can find this missing music if you can.

By the way, which one's pink?
I saw the show last night in phoenix and it was awesome. I'm
so happy with the range of music he played. "Set the
Controls..." was a pleasant surprise and I got goosebumps
when the crowd came in (singing) full force during "Perfect Sense."
I had never seen Roger Waters prior to last night, but had been hoping for a chance to see him live for quite a few years. The show was worth the wait, for sure.
I would like
to have heard a couple more from his solo albums and maybe
not quite as many songs that David Gilmour used to sing. (I
got my fill of David and Dark Side of the Moon by the end of
the Pulse tour.) But I'm not complaining. Roger fucking
rocked America West Arena!!!

I saw the show in Phoenix, and I must say that I am still in amazement..
in 87' I saw the Floyd show, and I was impressed, but I felt that Roger was
definetly missing, and I never understood the division between the two
factions.
But after seeing Roger, and hearing songs live that I thought that I would never get to hear live, (like "Dogs" and "Get Your Filthy Hands Off My Desert", and "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun," much less any thing from The Wall..). But I did hear these songs live, and before the show was over I made the statement to my buddies that "Roger Waters does not need the Floyd, but the Floyd needs Roger" ...
I am telling all my friends across the U.S. to make every effort to see this spectacular show if it was the last thing they did.
Thankyou Roger for a memorable evening, and all the years
of quality music that has enhanced my life. "Dont say it's the end of the
road " come back again Roger, Phoenix loves you .

That show totally ruled! I felt like i saw pink floyd. When
they did "pigs on the wing" and "dogs" My and my buddy just
looked at each other with out jaws on the floor. That was
one of the greatest concert experiences of my lifetime (and
I've seen a lot).
They rocked America West and that was the
loudest crowd response I've ever heard in Arizona. It's hard
to believe Roger did'nt toured all that much in the last
several years as they were very polished and those guitar
players were smokin'.

Dear Reg,
I read your sight quite often. Thanks for the most imformative sight on the web
about Roger.
On friday june 16th, Roger preformed in Phoenix, Az and put on a spectacle. The musicians were top notch. The special effects were as good Friday as they were back in '68 when I first saw Pink Floyd preform in small London clubs.
I just want other fans who are on the fence about seeing Roger
preform solo. I say go to it and enjoy. I sure did.

I saw the show on the 16 and it was the best concert I have ever been to.
Roger was actually happy. Lot of people did not know his solo work, but some
people (such as myself) did. I heard the best version of Comfortably Numb
there, Dave couldn't even come close. (guitarist note: It seemed that more
than a B-Minor Penatonic was used, if you have an idea email me
rattyrat13@aol.com)
The Show went somewhat like this
I would have liked to heard great gig in the sky, it was set up perfectly with the reprise of breathe, but it didn't come. The backup girls had great voices, they could have done it. Also hearing The Final Cut would have been nice, again it was set up with South Hampton Dock but it didn't come.
Everybody was great that night, Roger's voice was better than it was during
the ATD recording, the keyboardist was great(had a nice voice too), Snowy
(guitarist) was good, and the Lefty who played with Stevie Ray Vaughn was the
best left hander I have seen. (were those AC30 Vox amps I saw too, email me
if you know, or if you got one that you don't need anymore). Roger played
great bass and great rythym guitar (Roger if you read this, an Adamas guitar
would sound even better). Thats all I got to say for now maybe I will have
more later.

VIVA ROGER!!
I live in Hermosillo, Mexico (6 hours from phoenix) and I had attended the most amazing show this century so far!!
I had the oportunity to see 2 floyds concerts (88 and 94) and they didntbeat Rogers set list,I couldnt believe my ears when i heard the acustic guitar playing "Dogs"!! (the very first song i heard from them in my childhood)and a tear escape from my eye.
I'm doing a special this thurday on a local radio station, and 2 hours wont be enough,so right now, I'm doing a very careful song picking, but I don't think I'll beat that set list eather damn!!
By the way,I was the guy that gave him the sun glasses while playing "perfect sense" (if you were in front row, I was the guy with the yellow shirt).
gracias........y que viva Waters!!!!

My first time at a Roger Waters concert. It was a mind blowing experience! I
have seen several major rock acts at America West Arena in Phoenix and I
have never heard the crowd roar as they did for Roger! True Superstar
adulation, and well deserved. He was very appreciative and seemed humbled by
the reaction. As he would politely say "Thank You" into the mic the din
would increase even louder. Wow! Each Small Candle as an encore has affected
me deeply. I can't get it out of mind. Unfortunately the crowd had already
started to leave and many missed one of the most touching and moving encores
I have ever experienced.
